Booking Information

Sorry, we are unable to accept pets.

Please telephone (01229 717151) or email to confirm that the house is available on the dates you require.We can then hold the booking provisionally for five days to give you time to send your payment.

We request a 20% deposit for reservations. Balance of the total holiday cost is required eight weeks before the arrival date. We suggest that you take out holiday insurance in case you need to cancel as monies paid are non-refundable.

We do not request a security deposit, however guests are responsible for leaving the accommodation in good order and in a clean condition. Guests undertake to pay for any damage or losses incurred during occupation. Please report any breakages or damages to ourselves.

Eskmeals House has a cot and high chair available. NB please bring your own cot linen as this is not provided.

Bed linen is provided and all beds are made-up for arrival. Please bring towels and tea towels. We provide 2 toilet rolls per bathroom. The price includes Central Heating (see below), coal & electricity.

During the Winter period, the Central Heating is set to come on between the hours of 7:45am - 11:30am and 3pm - 12:30am. If you require central heating outside of these hours, there is an extra charge of £15 between 11:30am - 3pm and £15 between 12:30am - 7:45am.
